Proposed Scheme

The proposed scheme would comprise 308 residential units – a mixture of studios, one and two bedroom flats. We believe this new accommodation would have a broad appeal, including to Crawley's young professionals and those looking to take advantage of the town's excellent employment opportunities and quick links to London and the coast.

Along with new housing opportunities, the plans will include a brand new, modern train station including station entrance, ticket hall, footbridges and multi-storey car park. The development will also include a coffee shop, retail shop and a small start-up business hub, helping to support Crawley Borough Council's ambition to create a network of business hubs supporting small to medium enterprises in the area.
